  Contacted Tom  to give me a quote for my koi pond as my current filter wasn’t coping , Tom arranged a time and came out explaining everything and what was needed, work was completed in a very good professional manner and all new pipe work and filter installed brilliantly with all new pipe work , after care also very good when I asked a few questions regarding my new filter , overall a very good clean professional job , would highly recommend to anyone who’s thinking of having a pond or filter upgrade , thanks Wayne

  Chris came to clean out a very mucky pond with loads of lillies which we wanted to keep and also home to several newts. He was extremely careful to look after the plants and wildlife and did an amazing job of cleaning/clearing the debris and left us with a beautifully laid out pond even taking care to create a pebble staircase for wildlife to get in and out-would definitely recommend him and will be using him in the future.

  Love this company, i am so pleased i have them come out every year to do my spring pond clean. My pond woukd be in a right mess if it wasnt for TMW. Chris is my regular guy who comes out, he is so knowledgable and extremley helpful. My pond is so clean and healthy since Chris has been attending my pond. I now have 87 fish 4 newts abd 8 frogs all living happily together. Thankyou Chris for showing my grandchildren how to hold the fish , frogs and newts.   Just had a very overgrown pond cleared and new liner and filter installed by TMW Pond Services. Very happy with the final result. All mess was cleared and rubbish removed. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable team. Will certainly use for any future pond work.
