I inherited the fish pond and fish and knew very little about them. Chris taught me lots of thongs which I was grateful for. Service from beginning to end was brilliant. Chris did an excellent job, he cut back lots of plants for me and cleaned the pond beautifully. Will certainly look forward to using this company again. Thank you

Absolutely fantastic service from this company. They are all very friendly and helpful. Chris did a brilliant job cleaning my pond and filter and replacing my pump. He went above and beyond to get my waterfall sorted and running again. Highly recommended

Contacted Tom to give me a quote for my koi pond as my current filter wasn’t coping , Tom arranged a time and came out explaining everything and what was needed, work was completed in a very good professional manner and all new pipe work and filter installed brilliantly with all new pipe work , after care also very good when I asked a few questions regarding my new filter , overall a very good clean professional job , would highly recommend to anyone who’s thinking of having a pond or filter upgrade , thanks Wayne

Chris came to clean out a very mucky pond with loads of lillies which we wanted to keep and also home to several newts. He was extremely careful to look after the plants and wildlife and did an amazing job of cleaning/clearing the debris and left us with a beautifully laid out pond even taking care to create a pebble staircase for wildlife to get in and out-would definitely recommend him and will be using him in the future.

Tom has built us a beautiful pond. His advice and guidance was very thorough before we even commenced on building the pond.
All the materials used were top quality and detailed in the quotation for the job. Great attention to detail.
Thank you Tom.

Love this company, i am so pleased i have them come out every year to do my spring pond clean. My pond woukd be in a right mess if it wasnt for TMW. Chris is my regular guy who comes out, he is so knowledgable and extremley helpful. My pond is so clean and healthy since Chris has been attending my pond. I now have 87 fish 4 newts abd 8 frogs all living happily together. Thankyou Chris for showing my grandchildren how to hold the fish , frogs and newts. A teacher training day turned out to be a real good education on wildlife.
Thanks again to TMW, highlh delighted.

Chris worked like a Trojan to clear our ponds of overgrown rushes and water lilies. The result was a perfect job and will ensure our ponds will be a delight over the summer. Chris also provided excellent advice about the plants and wildlife. Well done TMW Pond Services.
